His Imperial Highness Prince Fushimi Sadanaru and suite left Tokio yesterday morning to embark on board the French mail steamer by which it is arranged they shall proceed to Marseilles.
It is stated that they will pass a month in Paris on their way to Moscow, and that on the return journey they will spend three weeks at Berlin.
In accordance with the usual custom I went to the Railway terminus, accompanied by Mr Lowther, to say farewell to His Imperial Highness and to see him off from the platform.
